The team put in exceptional effort — the interior was cleaned thoroughly, and the seats and carpets look refreshed. While the strong cigarette smell couldn’t be completely removed in one session, they were very accommodating and arranged a follow-up appointment to help fully eliminate the odour. The exterior now has a stunning shine that makes the car look nearly new again. Ira and Andre were warm, professional, and explained each step of the process clearly. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail really show in the final outcome. Great value for money, excellent service, and overall a fantastic experience.
